A large Moroccan vase from Safi, hand-thrown and carved with bands of rosettes, interlacing scrollwork, and geometric borders, then glazed in ocher yellow, amber, oxblood, and black. The base is labeled Made in Morocco and marked Safi, Dbila. A floor, mantel or console vase with the crazing that comes with a glazed earthenware surface. Perfect accent for transitioning to autumn colors.
