This porcelain inkwell and matching scalloped tray are hand-painted with a red and orange cherry blossom branch and gilt scrollwork border. The hinged lid lifts on a brass-mounted rim to reveal a fitted liner with a central well. The piece is marked "Dresden, Germany" on the underside of the tray.

Dimensions: 7"L x 6"w x 2.5"h

Condition: Excellent antique condition. Some stains on inner lining.
